Congratulations to our recent DAISY Award winner, Ashley! Ashley was nominated by a patient who was scared and in intense pain. In that patient's own words: "Ashley talked calmly, got the doctor and helped manage my pain. Ashley acted like I was her only patient even though I knew she was running all over the place. A smile never left her face. She even had me and my daughter laughing by the end of her shift. I felt like she really cared about me."
