  • Got leads that have engaged with content either on your website, or through paid social or content syndication? They aren't ready for sales (and sales doesn't want to call them) - but that doesn't mean you can't (cost effectively) engage them and learn more. Do they have a pain or challenge? What has them interested? Are they the researcher or the decision maker? #AI unlocks these doors.

  • My favorite ABM play right now. Survey based profiling. 1) Compile a list of opt-in leads/contacts from your target accounts. (Let's be honest, not using opt-in data is basically SPAM). 2) Build a quick survey - 3-5 questions. Make sure you include two questions: - What are you looking to purchase in the upcoming 6-12 months? - What are your biggest pains/challenges? 3) Run the survey across multiple medium (Email, social ads, AI voice and Text). You get two things at the end. Some solid data that could easily be used to create content. And deep research/profiling on leads/accounts.

  • The single biggest gap in B2B marketing right now is the gap between initial interest (pain) and ready to buy (purchase). Yet we keep trying to magically believe that there we're missing some magical way to find more "in market buyers" - when the reality is, there are a finite amount of BUYERS. What we need, is more tools to engage those who have pain, until they reach the planning mindset, and lets be honest...... Email and display aren't cutting it anymore.

We all have to make tough decisions on the level of support/customer experience we put out based on resources available.
