Mr. Sease brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of leadership and successful growth across multiple companies. His extensive expertise in operational excellence, strategic development, and team building positions him as an ideal leader for guiding Mullins Mechanical into its next chapter. As President, Mr. Sease will oversee all aspects of the business, with a focus on upholding the company’s core values of safety, relationships, and quality. His leadership and vision are expected to further strengthen Mullins Mechanical’s standing in the industry and support the achievement of future milestones. Jacob Mullins will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer, and Tim Harrell will remain Chief Operating Officer. The addition of Mr. Sease to the leadership team enhances the company’s executive capacity and supports continued growth and innovation across all areas of the business.
