We are pleased to announce the sale of Metronet, one of the largest and fastest-growing independent fiber-to-the-home providers in the U.S. As part of the transaction, Metronet’s residential fiber customers will transition to T-Mobile and the company will become a wholesale services provider for its retail customers. We are proud of the company we built together in partnership with the Cinelli family and management team. The Metronet of today is materially larger, has created 3,400 jobs, and now serves 19 states, up from 10 small towns in Indiana when we first invested.
