  • 🌊 Last week, our leaders rolled up their sleeves on the Northeast coast—cleaning up beaches, painting buildings, and restoring fences. Their hard work is part of OdysseyCares, our philanthropic program dedicated to making a difference where we live and work. OdysseyCares is more than a program; it’s a reflection of our core values: Commitment, Ambition, and Respect. Through direct donations, an employer match program, and hands-on volunteering events, we aim to strengthen the communities around us and leave a lasting impact. From beaches to neighborhoods, we’re proud of the ways our team shows that leadership isn’t just about what happens in the workplace—it’s about how we show up for our communities. 🧡 #OdysseyCares #WeAreOdyssey #CommunityImpact

  • Scientists and staff in Odyssey’s WRAIR Wound Infection department (WID), under government leadership, are working hard to discover, characterize, test, and validate a range of countermeasures against multi-drug resistant ESKAPEE pathogens. The areas of research range from novel small molecule inhibitors and monoclonal antibodies to bacteriophage cocktails and products that support immune system function. Our scientists utilize their experience and expertise to support DoD and DHA objectives by designing and executing in vitro and in vivo studies, collecting and analyzing the data, and disseminating the knowledge products through posters, presentations, and publications. We are very proud of our team’s dedication to the mission. Way to go, Team! #WeAreOdyssey #OdysseySystems

Chief Executive Officer | Building an organization where aligned people power meaningful missions | Odyssey Systems

As we wrap up an incredible leadership week, these three words; Direction, Alignment, Commitment resonate more than ever. When leaders share a clear direction, foster alignment across teams, and inspire genuine commitment, we create more than just business results, we build a culture of purpose. That purpose extends beyond the workplace. This week wasn’t just about strategy and growth; it was about giving back to the communities that support us. Together, we proved that leadership is as much about impact as it is about performance. Odyssey Systems #WeAreOdyssey #PowerYourPurpose #OdysseyCares

  • Day in the Life: Clayton Gardner, Program Manager Clay supports the Senior Leader Network Program Management Office for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center’s Nuclear C3 Integration Directorate at Hanscom Air Force Base. As Project Lead, he’s responsible for expanding network capabilities for senior leader communications, ensuring each site meets cost, schedule, and performance goals. He also leads strategic engagements with mission partners, helping align program office objectives with mission requirements. In his role, no two days look the same. Clay might be on-site verifying system specifications, coordinating with mission partners across multiple organizations, or working through the many moving parts that keep complex projects on track. It’s hands-on, collaborative work that strengthens critical communications for the Air Force. After nearly 34 years in the U.S. Army, including service during Desert Storm, Iraq, Bosnia, and Afghanistan, Clay transitioned to the defense industry in 2017. What drives him most is simple—completing the mission and making a difference. His commitment to the work and the warfighter reflects the expertise and dedication that define Odyssey. #WeAreOdyssey #PowerYourPurpose #DayInTheLife #MissionReady
