Hi Friends, I’m excited to share an important update about the future of Owlet. On October 1st, I’ll be transitioning out of the CEO role and into a new position as Executive Chairman. This move will allow me to focus more deeply on the things I’m most passionate about—expanding access to Owlet’s mission and helping guide the company’s long-term strategy as we continue to grow. I love what we build and have used every version of all of our products with my own children, it’s helped me as a young dad better navigate being a parent. This journey has been an immense blessing to me and my family. I'm also thrilled to share that Jonathan Harris will be our next CEO. Over the past two years as President, Jonathan has been instrumental in driving our execution, strengthening our team, and building real momentum. He’s earned the trust of our board and our team, and I couldn't be more confident in his ability to lead Owlet through its next chapter. This transition comes at a moment of real strength for our company. Since we introduced the Smart Sock in 2016 and effectively created this category, we’ve come a long way. We went from being kicked out of Target stores trying to conduct consumer surveys, to becoming the #1 monitor in the category—now placed in every Target nationwide. We secured multiple FDA clearances, and today, thousands of doctors recommend Owlet to their patients. We’ve truly globalized the business with our CE Med mark clearance across Europe and continue to drive to new countries. We’re not stopping there. We’re on a path to make Owlet accessible for every family, because we believe no baby should pass away unexpectedly at home—and no young parent should be left worrying, wondering, or navigating sickness without support and answers. One of the biggest reasons I felt this timing was right is because of the confidence I have in our team at Owlet. They are capable, committed, and delivering amazing results. The momentum in the business has never been stronger, and that’s because of their hard work. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built —and I’m deeply grateful for the trust and support this community has given me through some very, very challenging times. It’s been the most rewarding experience of my career, and I’m excited to continue working alongside Jonathan as we move our mission forward. #EveryBaby Lior Susan Amy Nam McCullough Owlet Baby Care

I spent yesterday in DC advocating for more funding to study the impact of health monitors on SIDS with the most amazing SIDS parents who have turned their grief into help for tens of thousands of parents across the country. They’re inspiring and their stories resonated with so many leaders in Washington. Thank you Melissa West, Katie Stern, Kelli Arce, Elisha Palmer and everyone who participated. The SUIDS rate has not changed in almost 30 years, that’s over 100,000 babies since 1995 and remains the leading cause of infant mortality.

At Owlet, protecting babies is more than our business. It’s our purpose. Sudden Unexpected Infant Death (SUID), including SIDS, claims the lives of over 3,700 infants in the U.S.* each year. Behind every number is a real child and a family that is changed forever. We believe technology can help change this. FDA-cleared tools like our Dream Sock® already give parents real-time insights into their baby’s well-being at home but technology alone isn’t enough. Progress requires action. That’s why we traveled with some of our Owlet Cares partners to Washington, D.C. to advocate for the Baby Observation Act (H.R. 2168, BO’s Act). This bipartisan, zero-cost legislation would direct the Department of Health & Human Services to study how at-home monitoring can help reduce SUID and support safer sleep for all babies. For too long, grieving parents have carried the burden of advocacy alone. We owe them more. Every family deserves access to the tools, knowledge, and support to help keep their baby safe. Together, through technology, community, and thoughtful policy, we can help prevent these tragedies. There’s no greater promise than the life of a child. And no higher responsibility than protecting it. Interested in learning how you can help move this bill forward? • July is Bereaved Parents Month, and we’re sending our heartfelt condolences to anyone who’s experienced the devastating loss of a child. At Owlet, we believe in supporting every parent, no matter where they are at in their parenting journey. Here are some ways we support families who have experienced loss: 🤍 Partnerships: We work with 30 parent-led nonprofits from around the world who share in our mission, and many of these organizations provide support and resources to families who have experienced the loss of a child. 🤍 Parent Stories: We believe in sharing parent stories from our community, so that others might find comfort and inspiration in the experiences of others. 🤍 Nursery of Hope: A nationwide initiative where we plant trees in honor of babies who are gone but never forgotten. To date, we’ve donated over 1,300 trees in all 50 states in honor of little lives lost. This app-based monitor also includes 4x zoom and auto-adjusting night vision, providing a clear image of baby, even in low light. • Big news for parents! An independent clinical study has just validated what Owlet families have long known: Owlet Dream Sock® offers trusted, reliable monitoring with fewer false alarms. A recent University of Alabama at Birmingham study monitored 66 infants in the NICU over the course of 48 hours during which they wore Dream Sock and a hospital monitor to test the difference in alarm behavior. The results: ✅ Fewer false alarms. Dream Sock demonstrated exceptionally high specificity, meaning it rarely triggered an alert unless something meaningful was happening. That’s critical for reducing alarm fatigue and building trust in alert validity. 📈 Smarter alerts. As events became longer or more clinically significant, Dream Sock’s detection rates rose sharply, ensuring parents are notified when it truly matters. This clinical validation underscores a major milestone not just for Owlet, but for every family seeking calm, confident care at home.
