At Path Construction, building stronger communities goes beyond construction. Our Chicago team recently organized a school supply drive for Tanner Elementary, where we recently wrapped up renovations. Teachers and students were provided with the tools they needed to kick off the school year, because we believe the people inside our projects matter just as much as the buildings themselves.

Path Construction transformed Mollison Elementary from top to bottom. A brand-new roof with reflective coating and drains, upgraded exterior lighting, asbestos abatement, new ceilings, fresh paint, brighter corridors, and a full deep clean made the school student-ready. Even with heat waves, rain delays, and last-minute changes, we delivered on time and on point.

Recently, members of our Path Construction team in Chicagoland celebrated the ribbon-cutting on the new Lake County ROC Facility. This ground-up facility was designed with resilience, sustainability, and efficiency at the forefront. The building integrates geothermal wells for heating and cooling and photovoltaic arrays to support its goal of Net Zero Energy. Check out our team’s final thoughts on this future-focused build.

At our StudioRes by Marriott project in Mesa, Arizona, Thursdays come with tropical prints and team energy. The crew’s Hawaiian shirt tradition isn’t just for fun, it’s one of the ways this team stays connected, sharp, and motivated on site. A strong job starts with a strong culture, and this crew brings both to the table.

The North Branch Pumping Station has been a critical part of Chicago’s water infrastructure for nearly a century. Members of our Path Construction team in Chicago, IL are giving it a much-needed structural upgrade. Our team is restoring the building’s exterior concrete, including sections that sit directly over the North Branch River. Access is limited, so repairs are being done using a combination of barges, boom lifts, and sometimes professional divers. Because the facility remains fully operational, every step is carefully planned around the daily needs of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District. This project requires precision, timing, and an understanding of how this complex system functions.
