Making a difference in and out of the hospital. Here's to Dr. Kristi Boles and Dr. Robert Staab, medical directors at Camp Patrick and Whispering Hope Ranch — one of the few fully wheelchair-accessible camps in the U.S. 💙 With the support of our staff volunteers, campers with spina bifida enjoyed a week filled with horseback riding, archery, splash pad fun, crafts and more —all backed by 24/7 medical care. We’re proud of our team members who helped create such a joyful and empowering experience for these kids. #PhoenixChildrens #CampPatrick #SpinaBifidaAwareness #PediatricCare #InclusiveCare #MedicalVolunteers

🔍 Seeing care through the eyes of those who deliver it 💓 Our COO says it best ⬇️
I had the privilege of job shadowing Dr. Jason Fraser, interim surgeon-in-chief at Phoenix Children’s. Dr. Fraser is an exceptionally skilled surgeon who leads with compassion and puts patients and families at the center of care. As healthcare leaders, it’s critical that we stay connected to the front lines. Shadowing in the OR offers invaluable insight into clinical workflows—highlighting opportunities to improve efficiency, patient safety, and team communication. More importantly, it builds trust, deepens empathy, and ensures our decisions are grounded in the realities of care delivery. #PhoenixChildrens #ChildrensHospital #Pediatrics #Leadership #LeaderRounding #LeadingWithEmpathy
