    I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Pin.com - AI Recruiting as an advisor. I’ve been in this game a long time, and I’ve tried just about every sourcing tool out there. Some looked good on paper, but once I got inside, there were always gaps. I found myself leaning on LinkedIn Recruiter because it was simpler, and what I knew.     What are the possibilities of what a recruiter can do in the near future? $500K months, $15 Million Staffing Desk, or a 2-person TA team for a whole company? What we dreamed of as possible a decade ago is happening today. So what we dream about in the future will soon be a reality as our world is changing. But to get those kinds of numbers from a solo biller or a small team… You really have to be embracing technology that actually moves the needle. And that tech can be hard to figure out since there is something new every day. But it was fun to chat with someone that has built multiple products in the recruiting space. Here were some of my favorite takeaways: -- AI Won’t Replace Recruiters—It Will Empower the Best to Rise Even Higher: AI is making it possible to automate everything from resume parsing to personalized outreach and scheduling.
