Prism Maritime, LLC is currently seeking an Quality System Supervisor to work out of their Chesapeake, VA office. QSS shall have a strong knowledge of all inspection procedures and utilization or required measuring devices that correspond to the tasking in which they are assigned. QSS is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product or services provided to the customer through the performance and documentation of all required inspection in accordance with corresponding NAVSEA Standard Items and company procedures. Documents all required repairs and communicates these issues to production to initiate corrective actions. Prism Maritime has won the 2025 James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Award!   On Wednesday, June 11th out of approximately 12,500 eligible cleared facilities, Prism was one of only 15 selected. What's even more impressive is that this is our second consecutive award. This prestigious award is a direct reflection of hard work and diligence.    These 15 facilities were chosen from approximately 12,500 cleared facilities. The award criteria focuses on principles of industrial security excellence. Factors include establishing and maintaining a security program that far exceeds the basic National Industrial Security Program requirements; and providing leadership to other cleared facilities in establishing best practices while maintaining the highest standards for security.   The Cogswell Award selection process is rigorous. A DCSA Industrial Security Representative may only nominate facilities that have at a minimum two consecutive superior industrial security review ratings and which show a sustained degree of excellence and innovation in their overall security program management, implementation and oversight. DCSA makes the final selections.   Congratulations to our Security Team and IT (Cybersecurity) Team who led Prism Maritime in achieving the criterion for this award!

Honoring the Next Generation of Service Members This morning, I was privileged to join the Fillmore Rotary Club in recognizing high school graduates who have enlisted in the U.S. military. As graduation approaches, we invited them and their families to our breakfast meeting to present them with a sash of their branch of service to wear during their commencement ceremony. Our meeting started with Rotary members who served in the military introducing themselves and sharing brief details about their service. This highlighted the appreciation for service in Fillmore, especially significant during Military Appreciation Month. I'd like to thank Prism Maritime for donating to make this possible. We appreciate their commitment to supporting the military and giving back to the community.
