Realterm and Stotan Industrial today announced plans to develop a Class A, industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility in Laredo, TX. The joint venture partnership will develop a 25.82-acre site with a 19,710-square-foot maintenance facility to address critical market demand in this high-trade border crossing market. “The Laredo market has demonstrated exceptional strength and demand for functional IOS product,” said Ed Brickley. “Despite ongoing uncertainty related to tariffs, Laredo has maintained its position as the number one port in the United States.
