All of us in the RLF family are deeply saddened at the loss of our dear friend and superb facilitator, Molly Mahoney. Whether you worked alongside Molly in her many leadership capacities or had the privilege of experiencing her incredible talents as a beloved RLF Facilitator, you were surely touched by her ... she truly was an extraordinary bright light who lit up our RLF world. Molly loved her children and grandchildren, her colleagues in RLF and SIM, her home in Orlando -- where she passed away peacefully on Jan. 2nd -- and her role as an RLF Facilitator. She considered being an RLF Facilitator one of her greatest life achievements, as she mentored, coached and changed the lives of so many women and men during their RLF journey with her. Even during her final session as an RLF Facilitator, Molly continued to generously share her own journey and perspectives on navigating life's unpredictable storms, as she walked the class through RLF's "Life Planning Tool" -- which, as she candidly shared, had so abruptly changed for herself after she'd been diagnosed with ALS. Afterwards, she took the time to write an eloquent article for RLF alumni entitled "Make Each Day Count." Upon reading it you'll absorb Molly's special words about her life's journey along with a final "encouragement to you" -- the reader. A celebration of Molly's life will be held in April in Orlando.
