Recently, Chris and Rakhee have been leading the resolution to an important internal project. Service Dog’s motto is “SEE great service, SHARE great service.” We are proud to announce Taryn Andre as this month’s Service Dog winner! One of the joys of having Taryn on the ServiceMac team is she always has a positive attitude. We can always rely on her to drive to a resolution or get a task completed quickly. Recently, there was a client issue that required a quick turnaround and resolution. When escalated to Taryn, she took full ownership of the request and resolved the issue. While having great depth of knowledge herself, she does not hesitate to enlist the help or knowledge of other stakeholders to get the task done. This has been evident in her support through recent internal projects that required the management and collaboration of several subject matter experts. She also categorizes feedback, ensuring that managers receive reviews that require their attention. Katie ensures nothing ever falls through the cracks.
