New Jobs Spotlight  We have been retained by Norway Savings Bank to manage the search and selection process for three new roles. 1️⃣ Commercial Loan Officer -- Lewiston/Auburn, Maine  Reporting to the Regional VP of Commercial Lending, the Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for originating and servicing commercial loans, as well as managing and growing commercial banking relationships. This role involves calling on existing clients, prospective customers, and centers of influence to develop new business opportunities while deepening and retaining existing relationships.  2️⃣ Commercial Portfolio Manager -- Southern Maine   This newly created position will be responsible for supporting commercial lenders in managing and maintaining existing client relationships, while also contributing to new business development efforts. This role plays a key part in both the credit and relationship management functions of the commercial banking team.    3️⃣ Senior Credit Analyst -- Southern Maine   The Senior Commercial Credit Analyst is responsible for assessing and monitoring credit risk, as well as underwriting and structuring commercial credit requests tied to the bank’s largest and most complex commercial relationships. New Job Spotlight Financial Reporting Officer The Financial Reporting Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting for the Bank, holding company, and consolidated entity, in accordance with GAAP, SEC, regulatory standards, and internal accounting policies. Key responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and implementing new accounting pronouncements, and preparing both internal and external financial reports that clearly communicate results and trends. This role also oversees all federal and state tax filings, manages the tax provision process, and supports the monthly close and the preparation of management and Board reports. Additionally, the Financial Reporting Officer assists with budgeting and forecasting activities.
