We're excited to recognize our Proposal Manager Savannah McKinney-Ambriole for their outstanding work, dedication, and positive impact on the team. As Proposal Manager, she is responsible for leading and managing the development of all federal and state proposals. Savannah has been a part of the team since November 2023 and she appreciates Softek’s collaborative and supportive culture, describing the team as a family that is always ready to lend a hand. She values the shared enthusiasm everyone brings toward contributing to the company’s continued growth and success. To get to know Savannah a bit better, we asked her a few questions: Q: What’s something valuable you’ve learned here? A: Proposal work is often fast-paced and unpredictable. I’ve learned to stay calm under high pressure situations, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and still deliver high-quality compliant submissions on time. Q: What drew you to this field? A: My large draw to working in proposal management comes from my true enjoyment of team collaboration. Working cross-functionally with various company departments such as business development, recruiting, HR, finance, and our technical SMEs is a passion of mine. Collaboration breeds innovation and continuous improvements while drawing out people’s strengths. Q: Favorite way to spend the weekend? A: I enjoy exploring new restaurants and traveling to new cities that I’ve never been to, as it allows me to experience diverse cultures, cuisines, and perspectives.
