Plant Manager – Yarn Spinning (Multiple Openings) | North Carolina 📍 Locations: Various Yarn Manufacturing Sites in North Carolina 🕒 Full-Time | On-Site | Relocation Supported We are recruiting for several Plant Manager openings to lead operations at multiple yarn spinning facilities across North Carolina. These roles are back fills for pending retirements. These leadership roles are responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant performance — production, quality, maintenance, staffing, cost control, and safety. The ideal candidates will bring proven experience in textile or yarn manufacturing, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to drive results through people, process, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily plant operations including production, labor, quality, cost management, and safety. Manage a team of managers and supervisors to meet or exceed operational goals. Oversee preventive maintenance, capital projects, and equipment reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and workforce development. Collaborate with HR on staffing strategies and talent development. What We’re Looking For: Plant management or operations leadership experience in yarn spinning or textile manufacturing. 8 to 10 years experience in leadership roles. Strong operational and people leadership skills. Experience with production planning, labor management, and cost control. Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style. Why Join Us?
