Tuesday night, history was made. Home batteries participating in two distributed power plants delivered more than 535 MW across California—the most ever recorded. A new analysis by The Brattle Group shows that Sunrun’s customers provided the bulk of the dispatched energy to the grid. The results are resoundingly clear. During challenging summer heat and power generation shortfalls in Puerto Rico, our distributed power plant is stepping up to provide critical support.
