Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the opportunity to connect with the next generation of European talent and it’s been inspiring! First, we joined the LOOK IN! fair at the University of Paderborn, where we met with students and graduates specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering. Our goal? To make sure we’re top of mind when they start their careers. A big thank you to Patrick Heinemann, Maximilian Rohde, and Dennis Goncarov for representing our team and sharing what makes our technical positions exciting and impactful. Next, we took part in the 9th North Waldeck Training Fair right in Bad Arolsen. This event was all about helping young pupils explore future career paths. With active apprenticeships in electronics, industrial mechanics, and IT, we were proud to show what we offer — not just as a company, but as mentors and teammates. Thank you to Stephanie Eisenreich, Markus Viesehon, Ariel Colombini, and Jannik Winsberg for your passion and commitment! These fairs were just the beginning — we’re excited about the talent we met and look forward to what’s next.
