Talkiatry has expanded its clinical leadership team! We’re excited to welcome two outstanding psychiatrists into newly appointed leadership roles: 🔹 Dr. Nicholas Tamoria, MD – Chief Psychiatrist, West Coast 🔹 Dr. Kira Posteraro, DO – Chief Psychiatrist, Mid-Atlantic This marks a meaningful step forward in Talkiatry’s commitment to regionally grounded, peer-led clinical support. Nicholas Tamoria, MD, DFAPA, a Navy veteran and experienced medical director, brings over a decade of leadership across complex care settings, from Washington State to D.C. He will guide and support clinicians throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. Dr. Posteraro, a compassionate and collaborative psychiatrist based in Pittsburgh, will lead our Mid-Atlantic cohort, supporting clinicians and advancing patient-centered, evidence-based care. As part of our regional Chief Psychiatrist model, both leaders will mentor psychiatrists across multiple states, providing hands-on guidance from clinicians who understand the unique challenges and rewards of this work.
