Since opening just over a month ago, we’ve learned a ton about the benefits and challenges of making Real Food. Our customers often tell us they feel full *and energized* after their meal. This is what Real Food is all about! Baking potato buns in-house has been our biggest challenge, yet so important for making a burger metabolically healthy. Doing so requires: - real ingredients only - zero pesticides, additives, gums, or dyes - stone milled whole grains - pasture raised eggs - fresh baking daily We’re grateful to Don Lewis at Wild Hive Farm for teaching us how to work with his organic, stone milled flour.
