Temu Signs MOU with FITI Testing & Research Institute to Strengthen Product Quality and Boost Consumer Trust in Korea We’re pleased to announce that Temu has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the FITI Testing & Research Institute, Korea’s first internationally accredited testing agency, to further enhance product quality oversight on our platform. Under the agreement, FITI will provide independent third‑party testing services for textile and apparel products sold on Temu. This adds another layer to our existing quality assurance framework, helping ensure products meet relevant technical standards and supporting sellers in delivering reliable, consistent offerings. “Through this collaboration with Temu, FITI’s expertise in testing and certification is expected to play a key role in ensuring consumer safety and product reliability throughout the global distribution process,” said Yoon Joo‑kyung, President of FITI. “We will continue to provide independent and fair testing and certification services that meet international standards, contributing to a safer consumer environment for customers in Korea and beyond.” FITI joins our growing network of global testing and certification partners who help us verify compliance with safety and regulatory standards worldwide.
