A Meaningful Conversation on SB54 and the Future of Packaging Last week, we had the opportunity to meet with Senators Josh Becker, Ben Allen, and Catherine Blakespear and Senator Allen's Chief of Staff, Tina Andolina, to discuss SB54, a landmark bill addressing plastic waste and the need for sustainable solutions in packaging. The conversation around EPR in California was insightful and reaffirmed the urgency of finding practical ways to reduce plastic pollution while supporting businesses in making the transition. At Terram Lab, we’ve created plastic alternatives that help brands shift toward materials that are safer for both the environment and human health. The discussion highlighted the importance of collaboration—between lawmakers, businesses, and communities—to ensure progress is both effective and achievable. We want to extend our sincere gratitude to the senators and lawmakers dedicated to advancing sustainability through thoughtful policy. Their commitment to addressing this issue is opening the door for meaningful change, and we look forward to working alongside them to make responsible packaging more accessible. We’re also grateful to Ira Ehrenpreis and the DBL Partners team for not just investing in our vision but rolling up their sleeves alongside us – from boardroom to policy making meetings. This is an important moment. Whether you’re in the industry, shaping policy, or making everyday choices as a consumer, we all have a role to play. Let’s continue the conversation and take steps toward packaging solutions that serve both people and the planet. #SB54, #EPR, #SustainablePackaging, #ExtendedProducerResponsibility, #DoubleBottomLine, #PlasticKills, #entrepreneurship, #sustainability, #CircularEconomy, #California, #ZeroWaste, #ImpactInvesting, #ClimatePolicy

Terram Lab - Pioneering Regenerative Materials for a Waste Free Future At Terram Lab, we’re redefining the future of sustainable materials by eliminating waste, fueling a vibrant and clean planet. As leaders in regenerative material science, we believe sustainability isn’t just about doing less harm; it’s about creating systems that restore, renew and regenerate. Our first mission is to eliminate plastic and harmful chemicals in food packaging. This year, we had the incredible opportunity to host at the iconic 16th hole of the Waste Management Open – a celebration of the game, our customers, suppliers, and the dedicated team driving innovation forward. Amidst the energy and excitement, we reinforced our commitment to collaboration, pushing boundaries, and building a circular future together. A huge thank you to our customers and supporters who share our vision. Let’s keep transforming industries, challenging the status quo, and proving that sustainability and performance go hand in hand. #PhoenixOpen #PlanetEarth #SustainabilityMatter #WasteManagementPhoenixOpen #PGA
