  • It’s back to school season and our Parents and Caregivers Excelling (PACE) Employee Resource Group stepped up in a major way to support students and educators as they head into a new year of learning. Building on their annual Back-To-School Fundraiser, PACE pushed TSGers to demonstrate their service mindset this year by partnering with The Expedition School, which recently experienced devastating flooding during Tropical Storm Chantal.     With a goal of raising $1,000 in supplies and donations, our team more than doubled it, raising $2,500 to support the school’s recovery efforts. A true testament to TSG’s commitment to caring for our communities and impacting lives. Amazing work to our PACE ERG Leaders and to all that contributed! A little rain and chill couldn’t dampen the energy at the 2025 Rocky Mountain #NDIA IMAGE Golf Tournament in Colorado Springs!   As a returning sponsor, our TSG Federal team enjoyed connecting with golfers at our sponsored hole—handing out koozies, refreshments, and the chance to win a catered lunch on us.   Beyond a great day on the course, IMAGE delivers lasting impact. Together with the Rocky Mountain Chapters of NDIA, AFSA, and AFCEA, the tournament raises funds for #STEM scholarships and programs, awarding more than $500K annually to deserving students and initiatives shaping the future of defense and technology.   We’re proud to support this mission once again while building meaningful connections within the military and defense community.   #TSGFederal #DefenseCommunity #TSGSponsorship

  • The Select Group had a groovy time at this year’s Drive for a Cure Golf Tournament! With a 70’s theme setting the stage, our team fully embraced the spirit—sharing plenty of laughs and connecting with others who came together for a great cause. This annual event supports The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk, which brings communities together to honor and remember those touched by blood cancers while raising critical funds for research and patient support. We’re grateful to take part in such a meaningful mission and celebrate alongside everyone who helped make the day a success. #LightTheNight #LLS #CommunityImpact #TSGSponsorship

  • Today, personalized products and content are as easy to come by as an email starting with “I hope this message finds you well.” Which is why traditional retail models—built on broad promotions, gut-feel forecasting, and one-size-fits-all experiences—are struggling to keep up. A recent piece in The Economic Times outlines how AI is transforming retail through a powerful new workflow: Predict, Personalize, Purchase. From virtual try-ons and AI stylists offering tailored experiences at scale, to predictive inventory and even staff-less stores, the article underscores how brands must embrace data-driven precision or risk obsolescence. For leaders in the consumer and industrial sectors, this shift is not just about adopting new tools, but re-architecting value chains: ✔️ AI-enabled forecasting improves supply-chain efficiency ✔️ Hyper-personalization enhances customer engagement ✔️ Automation enables seamless end-to-end delivery The takeaway? AI isn’t just another tool in the kit, it’s becoming the operating system of modern retail. Leaders who weave it into strategy today will set the pace for tomorrow’s competitive landscape. 🔗 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gR-mJdNx

  • We’ve all felt it—long wait times, confusing portals, missed appointments. Patient access shouldn’t be this hard. But what if scheduling wasn’t just “easier”, what if it was intelligent? This article from Becker’s explores how intelligent scheduling is quietly transforming #healthcare: boosting efficiency, improving the patient experience, and even driving revenue growth. ✔️ Fewer no-shows ✔️ Faster access to care ✔️ Smarter resource use across the board When patients can get the right care, at the right time, with the right provider—everyone wins. 🔗 Take a look at how leading health systems are getting it right: https://lnkd.in/exfiJV2D #HealthcareInnovation #DigitalHealth #HealthTech

  • Customers want faster answers, not longer wait times. Across telecom, #AI is taking off where it helps most: customer care. Nearly half of telco AI deployments are in care because they cut costs, reduce churn, and support upsell. A recent article by Telecoms.com explores the breakdown of AI deployments in telco tracked by GSMA Intelligence. Here's the scoop: ✔️ AI in action: About 60% of AI projects are live, the rest are pilots or planning. ✔️ Efficiency first: Around 75–80% are focused on saving money and improving operations. Only 10–20% are aimed at generating revenue, though more use cases (like GPU‑as‑a‑service and agentic AI) are emerging fast. ✔️ Not just support: Around 20% of AI is used to optimize networks, including energy use and fault detection. For telco leaders, the data signals where #AI is already proving its worth and where untapped opportunities may lie as customer expectations and operational demands continue to rise. Exploring these patterns could spark ideas for modernizing service experiences, improving efficiency, and staying ahead in a competitive market. TSG works with leading #telecom providers to turn AI potential into measurable impact—whether you’re modernizing customer care, streamlining operations, or expanding into new use cases. • Everyone wants cleaner power, but demand keeps climbing—especially from data centers. The real challenge isn’t more or less power, it’s clean power that’s there when you need it. According to a recent POWER magazine article, #biogas is a practical near-term answer. Key takeaways: ◻️ Biogas = waste → power. Captured methane from landfills, farms, and wastewater becomes electricity instead of pollution. ◻️ Works 24/7. It runs day and night, complementing wind and solar when the grid is tight. ◻️ Proven and scalable. Thousands of U.S. projects exist—with room to grow nationwide. ◻️ Local wins. Less landfill volume, new jobs/revenue, and a liability turned into an asset. What utilities can do: Partner with local landfills, wastewater plants, and farms to pilot biogas near load, add it to green offerings for large customers (including data centers), and use available incentives to move from idea to in-service faster. 🔗 Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/ebwzAUiG #CleanEnergy #SustainablePower #DataCenters #Utilities
