Yesterday, our Ripplers rolled out their mats (or scooted back their chairs) for a virtual Chair Yoga session led, once again, by the talented Jerry Givens (Jerry Givens Wellness)! 🧘♂️ We were guided through exercises that were challenging, but doable, and brought some movement into our workday.
