Three’s CEO Elaine Carey featured in yesterday’s The Sunday Times Ireland for her first interview since taking up the role.
Thanks to Brian Carey for visiting our Dublin office recently for my first interview as CEO, it was great to see it in yesterday’s The Sunday Times Ireland. As you’ll read, we covered a multitude including 5G’s evolving use cases and why I feel it’s so important for women to always put their hand up when it comes to being considered for roles. Over the last 20 years, we’ve built a business that is a market leader in Ireland – with the fastest network and an unmatched offering of experiences and rewards for customers. It's a really exciting time for Three Ireland, and as I said in the interview, I am focused and ready to continue to succeed for our 1,200 employees, and for our customers. https://lnkd.in/eMmQhsHS

Pride month is a powerful reminder of the importance of allyship, visibility and support for our LGBTQIA+ colleagues and communities. Yesterday, Three’s Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee were delighted to welcome back Pride at Work, who hosted a brilliant session focused on the ‘Journey of Pride.’ During the event, we explored the evolution of Pride in Ireland, and its meaning today. These events are just one part of our approach to inclusion & belonging and provide a great way for our colleagues to connect and learn together – which is integral in fostering our inclusive culture at Three 😊
