Kenzie was previously a VP of Investment Banking at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading middle-market investment bank and brings deep experience across industrials and business services. Kenzie holds an MBA and BA from California Baptist University. Michael Eidem as Director of Strategy comes to Tide Rock as a Principal from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led due diligence, portfolio strategy, and value creation projects across industrials, software, and real estate.
