We are proud to welcome Shirin Odar to the 𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 & 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 team as our new 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫! With nearly 20 years of experience in the retail and food & beverage industries, Shirin has held senior leadership roles at At Home Group, H-E-B, and PepsiCo. She is widely recognized for driving operational excellence while championing frontline teams. Her academic background includes degrees from Duke University and Harvard Business School. As CSO, Shirin will lead store operations with a focus on customer experience, team empowerment, and performance. She is currently onboarding under the trusted guidance of Robert Hammack, our tenured CSO, as he prepares for his 2026 retirement. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 2025 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬! 🥂 This week we had the extraordinary honor of hosting final presentations of our Ignite cohorts, which consisted of 22 rising leaders from across the 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. Over the course of 5 months, these cohorts were challenged to research, design, and deliver actionable business solutions that can impact meaningful organizational outcomes and strengthen their business experience. The Ignite framework is designed to provide hands-on experience, challenge innovation and strategic thinking, elevate leadership skills, and fine-tune communication skills. 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐚𝐩𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬! 🍷 As part of our commitment to product education for our teams, we sent 45 team members from across the enterprise to Napa for a week. It was a whirlwind experience that included visiting 25 wineries and tasting more than 300 wines! Team members had the opportunity to 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐬 of the wines from throughout this region. Congratulations to our award winners who were selected to participate in this year’s 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩! 🥃 This educational trip hosted 13 team members from across the organization as they trail blazed across the Kentucky to experience and learn from some of our key producers. Throughout the week, they had the opportunity to visit 7 different distilleries gaining first-hand knowledge and insight into production methods, bottling, history, and of course, tastings. Over the next 11 weeks, they will dive into real-world business challenges, contribute to meaningful projects, and explore career development opportunities. Their first week was nothing short of exciting, from 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and engaging lunch & learns, to 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 and 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤-𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐬. 🎯⚾️ We look forward to following along their journeys as they work towards creating an impact on their teams and the organization.
