Archer Western crews are hard at work transforming South Carolina’s I-26 / I-95 Interchange. Currently, reinforced concrete piers are being installed to support future flyover ramps and bridges, and crews are constructing a new I-95 bridge over I-26; key steps in rebuilding this critical interchange. Located along the border of Orangeburg and Dorchester counties, this project will replace outdated bridges, realign ramps, and improve traffic flow to enhance safety and reduce congestion. The new interchange will provide smoother, safer, and more efficient connections for drivers traveling across the region. Completion is anticipated for late 2027. https://lnkd.in/gescDm-F

The Walsh Group, in partnership with the University of Kentucky and Goodwill Kentucky, has officially launched our latest new pre-apprenticeship program alongside construction of the $781 million Cancer and Advanced Ambulatory Building. On the first full day of the apprenticeship, the team focused on safety precautions by doing a jobsite walkthrough while identifying potential hazards and quality inspections, followed by a visit with the superintendent and training with specific tools and software for the project. The program will run multiple eight-week hands-on cohorts over two years, providing local workers with technical training, on-the-job experience and pathways to full-time employment. https://lnkd.in/eaSybhzU
