Whimsical is pretty special every day, but twice a year, something more whimsical happens - our otherwise remote, asynchronous worlds collapse into 3 dimensions, 1 timezone, and a whole lot of face-to-face time at our summits. This is especially true for our CX team. The four of us are spread across 19 time zones, with almost no shared hour on the clock. So when summit week comes around, even quietly sitting around the same table, typing away to customers, feels like the best kind of teamwork. Sure, summits are where big conversations happen. But it's the overly competitive Jenga matches, finding out someone's signed up for an ultramarathon or skipped their flight for a two-week motorcycle adventure that really matter. Remote work is everything. It's flexibility, focus, freedom, autonomy, and hours of your life back, but these 2 weeks a year bring so much energy to power me through every quiet day that follows.

You can now change a team’s visibility - anytime. Before, teams in Whimsical had to be set to open or private at creation. Now, you can toggle between the two whenever you need from team settings. 🌐 Open teams = visible and joinable by anyone in your workspace 🔒 Private teams = invite-only and hidden from view More flexibility.
