Description: I am looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for my clients Austin team. We have a very strong backlog of local Austin area projects ranging from $25-300 mil. High Rise, Mixed Use, Medical, Clean Room, and Education projects. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years as a Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor working on projects over $20 mil. Requirements: - B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture. - 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects over $25 million. - 2+ years of being in a Senior Project Manager position. - Around 7+ years of construction project management. - Relocation packages available! The role you will play: - Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors. - Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and programs. - Review, monitor, and coordinate all approvals of shop drawings and submittals. - Create schedules of values and receive billing approval from the architect/owner. - Team with the onsite Superintendent to guarantee contract conformance Oversee S&P Quality Control Program for project. - Prepare the project budget, change orders, and manage cost control budget adjustments. - Formulate and monitor all required reports and logs. - Schedule and attend all project meetings and final walk throughs Supervise staff, including establishing and communicating performance expectations, providing feedback, determining training and development needs, and conducting on-the-job training. - Regular worksite attendance. - Other duties as assigned. - On top of a competitive salary, we offer annual bonuses, flexible PTO, vehicle allowance, family benefits, and 401K.

They have multiple projects in the greater Austin area and a huge backlog of upcoming exciting projects in the $50-300 mil range. Requirements: - Must have a min of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on projects over $25 Million. The role you will play: - Project Coordination & Safety - Maintain safety standards; monitor safety planning, execution and documentation on assigned project - Manage project planning, develop and execute the pre-job plan, and determine the construction techniques to be used to construct the project. - Develop and maintain the Site Utilization Plan - Manage the preparation of the CPM baseline, monthly CPM schedule updates and narratives, and CPM fragments with changes and delays. - Review equipment requirements with the Project Manager - Review monthly sub pay apps to ensure progress in line with actual work installed - Expedite vendors and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis, identify and resolve construction problems as they develop, and keep the project on schedule - Maintain accurate time-keeping and cost records - Review weekly labor reports and monthly total job cost reports carefully to determine areas needing special attention, and initiate changes and procedures to bring costs back into budget - Manage the Quality Control Program - Comply with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, SOS, weekly unit reports, weekly updates to the “two week look-aheads” and monthly updates to the construction schedule - Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite. - Mitigate all potential subcontractor change orders and back-charges that may affect project profitability and document them to the extent required - Close out the project in compliance with the contract documents - Regular worksite attendance - Other duties as needed and assigned Talent Development & Management: -Energize and support team to consistently reach higher levels of performance, deliver better results, and uphold company values and pillars. - Create and foster a learning and development environment with project team to aid in their career grown and advancement. - Actively participate in the onboarding and training of new team members on the project. - Conduct and facilitate crucial conversations regarding employee performance and development for direct reports. - We offer, competitive salary, annual bonuses, flexible PTO, $750 a month vehicle allowance, family benefits, and 401K matching on the first day of the month following your start date.

Overview: The position will assist on all phases of site development/civil engineering including grading design, storm water design, and utility design. This candidate must have strong capabilities in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Excel. Our designers are involved in several projects at one time involving numerous team members, exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with others is essential. Qualifications/Requirements: - Professional Engineer License in Florida (P.E.) - Performs Computer Aided Drafting by use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software. - Develops designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, specification sheets, engineering directives, and other data, according to client specifications or needs. -Submits documentation packages and produce drawing sets and standard operating procedures. -Assures the maintenance of drawing files for active projects. -Responsible for staying current with the latest developments in CAD. -Handles multiple concurrent projects. -Ability to work as part of a team.
