Autumn H. began her journey at Yellowstone National Park Lodges as a Hospitality Lodging Intern and now serves as Assistant Front Office Manager at the historic Old Faithful Inn. Autumn originally chose Xanterra for an internship, hoping to grow both professionally and personally, and she found exactly what she was looking for. Supportive mentors, meaningful challenges, and the magic of Yellowstone inspired her to return after graduation and launch her full-time career in the heart of the park. Her favorite part of the job? “Welcoming guests from all corners of the world to their dream destination.” This May, Autumn was also named Manager of the Month at Old Faithful Inn—recognized for her leadership, guest service, and deep connection to our mission of legendary hospitality. When she’s not helping guests create once-in-a-lifetime memories, you can find her hiking, painting, and exploring the natural beauty that surrounds her. We’re proud to have Autumn on our team and can’t wait to see what she’ll accomplish next! #LiveWorkExplore #XanterraLife

Say hello to Jason Grant, Xanterra Travel Collection®’s new Chief Information Officer! Jason joins from Windstar Cruises, where he served as Vice President of Information Technology. He brings a wealth of experience in travel and hospitality technology from his previous senior leadership roles at Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, Seabourn, Lindblad Expeditions, and multiple lodges and trains in Southeast Alaska. Originally from a small town in Oregon, Jason’s global experience has given him a deep appreciation for diverse cultures (and international cuisine!). His career has taken him to some incredible places—he’s been to both the Arctic and Antarctic and even visited the Svalbard Global Seed Vault! Along the way, he’s met former world leaders and gathered some pretty amazing stories. Now, he’s excited to explore closer to home. “I’ve spent much of my career focused internationally,” Jason shares, “so I’m looking forward to experiencing the incredible beauty and diversity of our national parks. Professionally, I’m eager to listen and learn, understanding how technology can enhance the guest and employee experience across all of Xanterra’s operations.” Welcome to the team, Jason!

Carrie joins Xanterra as the Corporate Director of Sales and brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working with some of the most recognized brands and management companies in the business. A proud Colorado native, Carrie loves hiking, biking, fishing, and cheering on her favorite Denver teams through the highs and the heartbreaks. As Carrie puts it: “This role is a whole new adventure for me, and I’m so excited for the challenge. I still can’t believe we get to call some of the most iconic National Parks our office. At Xanterra, LIVE WORK EXPLORE is our way of life, but when it comes to the Annual Summer Picnic, it’s GAME ON 🏓! HR came ready to ref, rep and rally!😊 While we didn't take home the ping pong championship (shoutout to our 2025 Champs, Andy and Connor! 🏆), we had an incredible time connecting with colleagues and enjoying some summertime fun! Great food, great people, and a great reminder of what makes our company culture so special. Thank you Xanterra! #xanterralife #liveworkexplore

In 1988, Lida Caraway spent her summer working at Many Glacier Hotel in Glacier National Park—starting in the employee cafeteria and later as a server. Fast forward to 2023 & 2024, her daughter Ellie took on her own Glacier adventure, working at Swiftcurrent her first season and then as a server at Many Glacier Hotel, just like her mom. Inspired by her mom’s stories, Ellie found her own magic in the mountains—a home away from home full of lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories, including a visit from Lida where she crushed the Grinnell Glacier hike like it was still 1988! Now, Ellie helps others create their own adventures at our national park locations as a recruiter for Xanterra. #LiveWorkExplore #XanterraLife #GlacierJobs #GlacierNationalPark
