I don't post here often, but @Railway is going through absolutely insane growth right now. We're a tiny team, currently serving 300k+ users, shipping 20k+ new applications per DAY We're hiring for senior software engineers to help us scale up to meet our current and future scale. Fun and novel problems include: - Evolving an internal orchestrator (because Kube won't scale) - Using eBPF to route network traffic, secure our instances, and more - Tons of other interesting systems + distsys problems! Sound interesting for you or someone you know? https://lnkd.in/gfuPRKFf
I really love the tools your company brings! Congrats on such an amazing company and design!
Any eng managers?
Hey i am a big fan of railway ui 🥳
Professional in risk management, internal controls and insurance, now looking into Python, SQL, Web Development, Data Science and Machine Learning.
2yThe marketing strategy you've recently employed to move free users to paid plans is way too aggressive, reminds me what Soviets did in western Berlin in 1948 - just cutting all the communication lines and trying to forcefully push all users to paid plans. I wonder how many of free users will decide to stay with you after such experience. I've been using your service for about a month with a verified GitHub-connected account, but you simply blocked it end of June, your support provided no solution or meaningful explanation. After my 'love-hate relationship' with railway.app I've got no desire to continue as trust was destroyed in a blink of an eye.
