What I’ve learned, gained, and questioned coming out of these conversations. I went into it having a firm grasp on my understanding of things -- while remaining open to new ideas -- and have realized I have more questions to ask and more exploring to do. The more I learn, the more I want to know. With a background in business, a focus on health and mindfulness, a passion for performative arts, and deep experiences in loss, Christina has combined what she's lived into her practice of helping others achieve their best.
