On today’s International Day of Epidemic Preparedness, take a look at our recent INITIATE simulation exercise of the infectious disease treatment module. The module, which was designed and developed as part of INITIATE, our collaboration with the World Health Organization and UNHRD (WFP Supply Chain ), aims to enable the setup of a 4-bed, fully functional treatment centre in less than 24 hours, providing the highest standards of humanized care from the very outset of an outbreak. 💡 🧑⚕️ As part of INITIATE, we facilitated health emergency partners through an iterative innovation process to test and create the prototype with the final user in mind. We are grateful for their trust and collaboration and look forward to more progress together. ➡️ Learn more about the INITIATE simulation exercise in Accra in the comments!
