🗞 LATEST NEWSLETTER - Like, Share, Subscribe! 🗞   April 14, 2025 Here are three articles I came across last week that have valuable lessons for leadership, purpose, and expression. The lessons for leadership may not immediately stand out or be instantly apparent, making themselves known all at once, because lessons can range from the loud, obvious, and obnoxious to the subtle, unassuming, and hidden. The considerations of each article: 1. Redefining Laziness - How do you define and view laziness, in general, in others and in yourself? How is the laziness impacting what needs to get done?   2. Self Lies  – What self-lies might you be telling yourself, even subconsciously, hurting the real, valuable impact you could be making with those around you? 3. Communal Narcissism - How are you sure to assess and reassess your motivations in leadership, and how you express those intentions? Honorable Mention • I’m Not Fine - How do you express to others how you’re feeling, not keeping it bottled up where it might become a debilitating pressure cooker? • Not An Expert - While being a specialist in whatever area you choose, how do you build upon that value through enhanced versatility? Okay…Some Leadership Articles • Leader Or Obstacle - How often do you assess whether you’re helping or hindering those you lead? • Leadership Lack Of Command - Where in your experiences with leaders did you see a lack of command work? What about in situations where the leader was always commanding? What are your main takeaways? What Do YOU Think? • Lessons From Mom • Starting Over • Life’s Morning Rituals • Staying Kind Graphic Finds • 11 Public Speaking Strategies Not Taught In School Follow-Up On Past Editions • Anxiety • Forgiveness • Success Traits The Book Leads Podcast – Season 3, Episode 113: Henry Woodman & His Father's Book, The Reincarnation of Marie: A Love Reborn in Paris from the Pages of History- https://lnkd.in/er8trTYe Although the articles referenced are not all "leadership" related per se, they can all apply to leadership, in terms of how you present yourself, navigate through life and work, and move, impact, inspire, and appreciate others. Gestures, speeches, action, inaction, decisions, announcements, etc. They all tie in. Lessons are everywhere.
