In excess of $1.25B (=$900M+$350M) there is $5.78B of coverage arranged in various co/(re)insured layers between participating insurers and reinsurers. This gives a total FAIR coverage cap at $7.03B. . Total FAIR reinsurance cover is $2.5B, which gives the plan a $4.8B of net exposure. . The remaining insured loss both primary and Lloyds E&S should be around $26B to $28B.

One of the hardest parts of managing a workers comp claim isn’t the injury itself. It’s the inconsistency in assessments and reports. One worker. Multiple providers. All differing opinions on diagnosis, capacity and treatment. And what happens? → Insurers order more assessments just to make sense of it all → Providers keep working in silos without a consistent framework → The injured person is left thinking, who am I supposed to believe? It’s messy. It’s frustrating. And honestly - it doesn’t need to be this hard. So much of it could be fixed with something ridiculously simple. Clear communication between all parties. Not another assessment. Not more paperwork. Just better conversations that bring everyone onto the same page. We’ve got to stop making this harder than it has to be.
