“I had the pleasure of working with Eric on a number of different documents associated with projects located in the US and SE Asia. Eric took a project site assignment in Afghanistan and did a great job for us there. The projects ranged from producing proposals, REA's, ETC's and Change Orders associated with US and Afghani Military installations. Eric worked hard to ensure that the final products were correct and produced on time. He paid attention to technical detail, he offered solutions and changes to constructability on sites, and he dove into understanding the unique restrictions of building in the Middle East, Eric showed a dedication to understanding details, RFP requirements, and was able to produce quality documents. He worked well with others in his department and was well respected by his peers and senior management throughout Gilbane. ”
