    As lead infrastructure architect for 'Coke Share a Memory,' I spearheaded the transformation of its AWS platform, addressing critical operational challenges to achieve production readiness, scalability, and resilience. My leadership was key to stabilizing the project and establishing an effective SDLC.
    Key Achievements:
    Stabilization & Performance: Resolved critical issues like Stable Diffusion worker timeouts by implementing robust infrastructure and deep monitoring, elevating the project from a PoC to a reliable, performant system.
    CI/CD & IaC Implementation: Architected and deployed a full CI/CD framework (GitHub Actions, AWS CDK in TypeScript, CodeDeploy), empowering the team with efficient development and iteration capabilities.
    Scalable GPU Compute: Engineered an EC2 Image Builder pipeline for optimized custom AMIs, enabling practical and reliable Auto Scaling Groups with GPU instances for demanding ML/media workloads.
    Enhanced Observability: Established comprehensive CloudWatch monitoring, logging, and alerting, providing crucial system visibility for proactive issue resolution.
    Robust Cloud Architecture: Led the design and deployment of core AWS services: multi-region VPCs, S3, ECS (Fargate & EC2), DocumentDB, ALBs, CloudFront, Route 53, and WAF.
    Security Hardening: Reinforced infrastructure security via IAM best practices, network segmentation, and WAF implementation.
    My contributions delivered the stability, automation, and observability essential for the project's successful launch and global operation, supporting a web application with complex backend processes.
