“I was Miraj’s manager for over two years at Acumen. As a senior statistical programmer and analyst on my team, Miraj was extremely adept at managing very large amounts of data and writing clean, efficient programs. Moreover, Miraj consistently used his strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills to design and implement research methodologies for a variety of projects. He also assisted in making key strategic decisions when it came to managing client expectations and setting priorities. As one of the leaders of the team, his dedication to the work and his team were readily apparent, as he often went above and beyond, working long hours to meet deadlines. Miraj also served as a mentor to many of our newer staff, reviewing code with them and providing guidance on the analyses as well as the company, as a whole. Miraj's critical-thinking ability, leadership skills, and dedication would make him a valuable asset to any organization.”
