Sandra Noemi Torres is a mission-driven thought leader passionate about advancing people, communities, and mission-driven brands. Sandra has spent over 20 years working alongside CEOs to scale and grow their businesses. She is currently the Founder and CEO of United Latinas.

After attending many networking events, Sandra noticed she was often the only Latina in the room, beginning her desire to put together a group that would empower Latinas and provide the business training and support they needed to build the confidence to create and live a successful and fulfilling life.

“I officially launched United Latinas in 2018. I was excited to introduce Latinas to a new supportive community and be inspired and motivated to pursue their ambitions while supporting each other. Today, United Latinas continues to exemplify its core mission. We are women working together to achieve greater things, support each other and lift each other up. United Latinas continues to fulfill my heart like it did when I founded it, but even more so,” shares Sandra in her chapter.

Through the book, Sandra hopes to inspire and empower Latinas that anything is possible.
