Accountant

Overview:

The role is part of the Investment Management Finance (IM Finance) team supporting the Alternative Investment Partners (AIP) group. This is a mid-senior level accounting role focused on cash applications, journal entries, revenue operations, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and apply daily cash receipts across multiple business lines
• Post journal entries (GL reclassifications, trade errors, interest, currency impacts)
• Identify and resolve billing/cash discrepancies
• Support quarterly invoicing and perform quality control
• Analyze and interpret large data sets for accuracy
• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and business units

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Audit experience a plus)
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Experience with Bonaire Revport is a plus
