Accountant I

Responsibilities

• Recording transactions in General Ledger in UNANET accounting software, including journal entries
• Managing Accounts Payable - Recording vendor/subcontractor invoices and Coordinating with Project Managers for approvals; preparing documents for payments.
• Time-sheet management - regular review and corrections of employees and subs time sheets
• Work with accounting, Unanet, HR and Contracts teams on any issues that arise and require collaboration for resolutions.
• Other duties as assigned by the CFO.
