Accounting Manager

We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to support the Controller and help lead the finance function. This role combines hands-on accounting with exposure to strategic projects like M&A, valuations, and international reporting.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close
• Prepare complex entries and reconciliations
• Build financial models for valuations and decision-making
• Support M&A due diligence and integration
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international standards
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements
• Assist with audits, tax planning, and special projects

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Exposure to M&A and international accounting a plus
