Together we are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) who is enthusiastic about collaborating in a rehabilitation-focused practice. The role involves co-managing patients in a rehabilitation hospital setting while collaborating with Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialists and a full multidisciplinary team of physicians.

Benefits

• 7 on 7 off shifts (8 hour shifts)
• Pay starting at $125,000

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Massachusetts
• Previous experience an inpatient and/or behavioral health setting a plus
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in internal medicine and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to evaluate health status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care in inpatient setting
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) for documentation and patient management
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate medical documentation
