Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Oversee the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of the Ammonia Refrigeration System and other mechanical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Perform industrial and facility maintenance tasks, including evaluating and addressing equipment and building repair needs
• Conduct daily equipment checks, maintain accurate documentation, and manage resources used for maintenance and projects
• Implement public safety policies and procedures to protect personnel, data, and property, and support SQF by ensuring food safety and quality
• Manage projects and schedules, oversee inspections to verify compliance with standards, and maintain records in Maintenance Management Systems and PSM platforms

Qualifications

• BS, ME, EE or PE or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years' experience in a high-volume food manufacturing or similar industry.
• Leadership abilities to drive the team to be successful
• Experience overseeing diverse engineering functions, including project management, process engineering, and packaging operations, within a collaborative team setting
• Expertise or familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM)
• Available for afterhours/on call and some weekend or overtime work

Salary: $110-$115K
