Robert Half Legal is partnering with a fast-growing company seeking a Corporate Generalist Attorney with strong litigation experience. This is a fully remote position open to candidates nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing litigation and manage legal claims, including tort claims, class action, and labor/employment matters
• Partner with outside counsel on defense matters (motor vehicle accidents, independent contractor claims, property damage, etc.)
• Review pleadings, motions, attend depositions, manage discovery
• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts and business deals
• Advise on labor & employment issues (workers’ comp, wage & hour, unfair practices)
• Provide counsel on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience (law firm or in-house; in-house a plus)
• Strong commercial transactions and litigation background
• Admitted in any state bar
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
