A respected boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., is seeking two junior associates (1st – 4th year) to join its prestigious Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights practice group. This practice frequently handles high-profile, complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, focusing on resolving disputes that affect creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Candidates from the graduating classes of 2020–2023 are encouraged to apply. While bankruptcy experience is not required, those with exposure to bankruptcy or creditors’ rights will receive additional consideration.
Requirements
1–4 years of litigation experience (law firm or clerkship background preferred)
Exposure to bankruptcy or creditors’ rights a plus
Strong academic credentials (top-tier law school performance)
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
District of Columbia Bar admission required (or eligibility to waive in)
