About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our regional branches and smaller satellite locations. This role has overall operations responsibility for a Consumer Services industry. You’ll ensure smooth operations, protect financial performance, and create a positive experience for both employees and customers.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily branch operations and coordinate the work of multiple teams.
Ensure processes are followed, safety standards are met, and customers receive timely, quality service.
Track branch financial results and make adjustments to hit performance goals.
Build strong partnerships with sales and account teams to strengthen client relationships.
Safeguard branch assets, including facilities, vehicles, inventory, and cash.
Encourage a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support the growth and development of managers and front-line staff.
