Business Analyst (Costa Rica)

About The Position…

If you have a passion for utilizing technology and managing innovative IT projects from development through implementation, then our IT Project Manager opportunity is the role for you! Working within the Information Technology (IT) department at our Costa Rica Office, you will assist team members and end-users in the execution of multiple project initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for low code/no code products (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Jira, etc)
• Assist in product releases
• Evaluate product tools and make recommendations for improvement
• Review knowledge base articles for accuracy and relevancy
• Other Duties as Assigned
  
  

here’s what we’re looking for…

• 1-3 years of relevant IT project management and implementation experience is required..
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and industry.
• Travel Visa is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
