One of Insight Global's top employers within the financial services industry is looking for a service delivery representative to sit hybrid in San Dimas, CA. Job duties include supporting the risk compliance group and will examine, assess, and combine data to provide information for their clients. They will provide administrative procedures and oversee all client's payrolls, working alongside banks. This position pays $20/hr.


Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment

- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

- Handle 25–30 inbound/outbound calls per day in a high-volume environment
